This product "Geetris" in whole or in part, including all files, data, and documentation, from here on referred to as "Product" is Copyright (c) 1999 dmagic Software Development, all rights reserved, and is protected by the copyright laws of Denmark, international treaties and all other applicable national or international laws.

  4. Disclaimer
  5. The Geetris package is supplied as is. The author disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The author assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of the product.

  7. Restrictions
  8. This product may not be modified in any way. Registration information may not be distributed.

  10. Operating license

  12. Before registration
  13. You have the non-exclusive right to evaluate the product for the granted evaluation period of 30 days or minimum 15 runs without a registration licence.

  15. When registered
  16. When registered wou will have the non-exclusive right to use the product only by a single person, on a single computer at a time. In group situations, where multiple persons will use the Product, you must purchase an individual license for each member of the group.

  18. Distribution
  19. As long as the registration key is not included, you are allowed to copy and distribute the product to others for evaluation (shareware principle).
  20. Beyond a fee for the reproduction and media cost, no fee may be charged, without the written permission from dmagic. All files must be included. 
  21. You must notify dmagic if you include it on a software magazine cover CD or on any kind of compilation.

  23. Terms
  24. This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by destroying the complete product and any backup copy. This license will also terminate if you fail to comply with any terms or conditions of this agreement. You agree upon such termination to destroy all copies of the Product.

  26. Rights and restrictions
  27. All other rights and restrictions not specifically granted in this license are reserved worldwide by dmagic Software Development.
